If my part or module requires SVG for a custom pad or silkscreen graphic then Flux will set that SVG as the default symbol and the parametric symbol will not work, which is confusing. https://fluxcommunity.slack.com/archives/C020WER2V8R/p1740657116184149

When I create a layout rule, that rule seems to stay silently "selected" in the background, even once I start making other changes. Then, when I delete something else in the PCB view, it also deletes the layout rule.

Using "Connected Layers" in different nets causes stitching vias to stitch both layers belonging to different nets. This causes both nets to be shorted and does not trigger a DRC rule. To reproduce: 1- Add a bunch of parts and ground symbol and connect them (need at least 2 nets) 2- Make sure you select a 4+ layer stackup 3- Add a connected layers rule to the GND net and set it to Top, Mid 1 and Bottom 4- Add a connected layers rule to another net and set it to mid 2 5- See that mid layer 2 is a full layer of copper and is missing the openings for the stitching vias.

To reproduce: Add a bunch of components and traces in the PCB editor. Grab the Layout object and move it somewhere else. Traces inside become un-selectable. https://www.loom.com/share/de8f63df923446d18ef6c48122ac4b9d

When looking at a project in view-only, enabled and disabled rules are shown equal.

Copy a component in the schematic editor Switch to the PCB editor Use the middle mouse button to pan the view around Expected behavior: the view should be panned, but the project should not be changed. Observed behavior: the view is panned, but the last copied component is also pasted each time you press the middle mouse button. This is occurring in both Firefox-based and Chromium-based browsers, in Wayland on Arch. I think it likely happens on most distros, because of the windowing system's middle click to paste behavior.

The optimization just keeps spinning. It has been 2 days and it has not finished the optimization.

For some reason, all nets connected to the VDD portals are rendered as different nets, causing a bunch of issues.

I'm trying to better understand how routing optimization works but I've been loading for days. Now that I made (very barbaric) the connections I was hoping that the optimizer would fix the errors but it has been in a “perpetual” state of loading since I started the subscription... Solutions?
