The position information of controls appears to be correct sometimes, and then totally broken in others. This is making it almost impossible to correctly position components when absolute position accuracy is required. As you will see in the attached image, the same component shows completely different information on the tool hover compared to the properties etc.

Every time I try to run the auto-layout feature, it crashes within seconds and says there was and error.
