Thanks for reporting the Auto-Layout issue.

We dug into it and found the problem: there were a few zero-width, basically invisible trace segments on the board (under Net 6). These cause the routing system to fail, which is why Auto-Layout wasn’t running.

If you check your board for any tiny or invisible traces and delete them, Auto-Layout should work again.
