There are two tabs in this dialog, one for components with updates and one for all components. After forking a project, I got the update snackbar, clicked it, and noticed a number of components in the New tab that shouldn't be there.

Repro steps Add a part you own from the library to your project Turn on receive latest drafts for that part Update the part somehow, see the change Add a second instance of that part to your project The second instance does not have the latest draft update
