Generic Capacitor can no longer be found in the part library

As the title suggests, many users have reported that the Generic Capacitor is no longer available in the part library. Holes on through-hole rectangle pads are smaller that should be

I want to address a similar issue I've faced. https://share.cleanshot.com/7RYRnTxS reference: If your footprint contains a rectangle(or rounded rectangle pads) through-hope pads then the hole of this pad will be smaller than expected. Part update causes page error

Every time I review and update parts, the page errors out and has to be reloaded. Happens in Safari and Firefox pretty much 1 out of 2 times.

Search results shown correct part like on #10 position
