This happened to me, then I thought maybe I was out of credit and yes, I was, so I paid for the PRO plan and the chat was responsive again but I couldn't do work because the "Working" was still spinning and there was no START button. So I created a new project to start over. A little while later (20 minutes), I couldn't even work anymore as the rogue "WORKING" process was still in the background and ate up all my credits again. Nobody from support has reponded and the support chat is all white and broken. This is unacceptble.
