I tried canceling my plan before it renewed but the "Manage Plan" option to end the plan was not showing up at all. I was then charged $70.00 without getting a notification beforehand. I also emailed you guys about it, but no response yet. The ticket status has been the same for days now, and I don't want to be charged again as I am a student and also need to pay for other stuff.
