I am writing regarding a recent charge of approximately €61 on my account (raoufi.saidmasoom@gmail.com, username: masoom213).
I initially believed this was related to a subscription renewal, however my account currently shows “Free Trial – Expired” and no active Pro subscription. The support bot indicated that the charge corresponds to additional Copilot credits consumed beyond the included trial credits.
I would like to formally request a detailed review of this charge.
To my knowledge, I did not intentionally purchase additional credits, nor did I expect that my usage during the trial would result in €61 in extra charges. The amount seems disproportionate to my understanding of how the trial and included credits function.
Could you please provide:
  • A detailed breakdown of how many Copilot credits were consumed
  • The cost per credit applied
  • The specific dates and actions that triggered these charges
  • Confirmation of how and when additional credits began billing
Before any charge of this size is considered valid, I would appreciate a transparent usage log and billing explanation.
If this charge was made in error or without clear consent for additional paid credits, I kindly request a refund.
