Feature Requests

In schematics there is a dire need to place a Text on the schematics that tells the viewer what part of the schematics they are looking at. This a. Makes it easy to cross check in between large schematics b. Easier to understand PS. Please don't mix it with the "add comment", that is a gem to have.

When adding a part/component to existing route, just drag the component over the route and it automatically redraw the connection. See attached gif for reference.

Need print option to print canvas only, Don't need parts browser and property on printed schematic

Many users are not electrical engineers and may not always know the part number of the component that they are looking for. To solve this, the parts that fall in a certain category can be grouped together. This feature would allow new and basic users to simply scroll through the group of parts and select the part that he needs to use instead of searching for a part on other websites and then looking it up.

Often electronic parts group in a single package. It would be a good idea to set up objects that allow for this. Some schematic capture programs simply draw several privative gates with correct pin numbers surround by a box. Some such as Texas Instruments do it as below,

Simplify would clean the diagram from all the unnecessary wires, bit would keep all the parts at their current position.

We have a flip on the Y axis, but not on the X axis yet.

Once a project has a SVG asset added to it, it will automatically apply it as the schematic symbol. I would like to opt back into using the default Flux symbol, but there's no way to do this. I'm forced to upload yet another symbol and choose that as my symbol, or remove the asset.

Today, when I copy a group of wires and symbols on Schematic and then paste them, I'm never sure exactly where they'll be pasted. Yes, they'll be pasted at my cursor, but beyond that, it's hard to tell. Imagine a bounding box around a group of parts. Sometimes that group is pasted so that the lower left hand corner of the bounding box touches my cursor. Sometimes the group is pasted such that something like the middle is at my cursor. And other times other locations. What I'd like is for pasted groups to land on the canvas relative to my cursor in a deterministic way. Currently, the ordering of the terminals in a default part symbol goes top to bottom in each terminal column (Top left going down : 1->4 and top right going down : 5->8). It may be more intuitive for users if a an IC numbering style is implemented. This is a numbering system that starts in the top left of the chip and numbers the terminals counter-clockwise to the top right.
