I'm looking at https://docs.flux.ai/simulator/mosfet and the model just seems to be lacking. Obviously a "real" model like BSIM is too much here, but characterizing a FET by "beta" (which isn't documented and has no dimensions) and Vth is rather limited. I'd love to see an option for a more refined MOS model that allow modeling at least square law, weak inversion, and channel length modulation, or preferably real SPICE/spectre models. At the moment, the current model is probably suitable for modeling switching devices, but won't be of much use to an analog/mixed-signal designer.
