Design rule Checks disappear after some time after logging in and reopening flux. But if you clean all the website's data and cookies and login again, everything works. This bug affects not only "design rule checks" but also many small things like the size of boards, nets, etc. I've added screenshots with fresh login (incognito mode) and log-in some days ago for reference. This bug is crucial because I detected it when I had already ordered and paid for a board with some net short circuits. (The panel with the warning was invisible and I missed this)

My entire design could not load!

Steps: create new blank project add a resistor and a ground portal connect one pin of R1 to GND go to PCB editor find and select GND net in Objects add "Connected Layers" object specific rule to GND net turn rule on, leave content of rule blank Expected results Fill and its Vias are removed from object graph and PCB Actual results Fill and its Vias remain in object graph Floating Copper DRC for each stray via Related: if you change the size of the layout after you hit this issue, the fill dimensions don't update to the new layout dimensions

Attached screenshot is the 3d view of a smart via with positive value soldermask expansion rule. That via suppose to be untended/exposed, but it's not. It's still covered with solder mask. When setting pad size property to less than 0.15mm, the absolute minimum seems to force it back to 0.15mm (Cannot confirm the actual size but it appears to be 0.15mm) This adds undesired copper and holes to the export files that are picked up by the manufactuerer. Check schematic, make sure nets are attached. GND and USB_ID are showing this problem. Then go to PCB and see that there are no airwires for these nets.
