Routing is hard in PCB when I can't see net and pin names

When complexity starts to increase, it gets very difficult to know what you're routing. In this case for example I have many connection lines but it's difficult to understand where they really need to go.

Adding that there is currently no way to determine what these signals are since the schematic symbol doesn't have pin numbers. This is a major issue. I can't review this board without knowing that info, variety of ways to solve this.
