Empty state message in PCB editor when no 3d models or no footprints

For new users exploring the app, it is confusing to see nothing on PCB when switching from schematic. The usual reason is that none of the parts have footprints or models. So it would be good to have a message that says that.

In order for the layout object to appear, you need to add an element first. This causes confusion for first-time users.
