Adding SVGs as a Library in Flux

SVGs are a very important part of Flux, and a part is not complete without an SVG.
However, for a new user, it becomes a tough job and not something an Electrical Engineer would want to do when wanting to work on a project.
So I propose adding all the SVGs that we have made as a Library to Flux and the user can lookup for them and use whatever they want. If they want an SVG and we don't have it, they should be simply able to "ask the team" to make the SVG for them and we can make the SVGs for the symbol in a snap.
This way we would be making sure that all the symbols are inline with each other.
This would help in usability and might also start a new phase in customer service as well.

I think that having the possibility to use approved SVGs with proper naming and short description in the "Manage Assets" page will be useful.
It would be ideal if flux also placed the terminals in the right positions after setting an asset as the default symbol

Vasyl Skral: Yeah I agree, to have it on the manage assets is a pretty cool idea as well.
