Many users struggle with setting keepouts. Every month or so, someone asks how to set the keepouts and best I can offer is to copy/paste the rule from my projects. I don't create that rule every time I need it; I copy it from previous projects or from Google Keep, where I store it in plain text:

Also, we need to mention this template and/or rule in plain text in documentations, which will help many users.
