I can't delete my account, I don't want to add mi credit card info, but there is no option to remove my account in that state. Given that I don't have an option I'll flag their e-mails as spam

Hi. I signed up here by a mistake like many of you. I have regularily been asking the team to delete my account and all my data since September 2024. I confirmed all the chats. Nevertheless the account is still active. The button "delete my account" is opening a ticket and responded by a chatbot but without any effect. Cannot understand what the value of not deleting my account is for flux.
