The 'Terminal' part is not shown in library even when searching with filters off. Issue confirmed by @JHarwin on Slack channel. Can not create new parts at this time!!

As the title suggests, many users have reported that the Generic Capacitor is no longer available in the part library. I want to address a similar issue I've faced. https://share.cleanshot.com/7RYRnTxS reference: If your footprint contains a rectangle(or rounded rectangle pads) through-hope pads then the hole of this pad will be smaller than expected. I'm unable to browse parts in the parts library. The listing is empty by default. Changing filters or search query has no affect

I believe the most common pinout for a typical SOT23 package is GSD, not SDG.
