Hi Sunshine666,  thank you for reporting the issue to us!
I double checked your account and don't see any issues with it, so I'm suspecting this is a connectivity/network issue.
May I ask if you are accessing Flux from mainland China? If so, would you please try open your profile/project with a VPN, because some of the service providers of our infrastructure might be blocked by the GFW.
