The visibility controls next to project-level properties no longer do anything. They are always set to not visible. Thus they have no impact on metamodules in host projects when published.

Expected behavior is that they toggle between visible and not visible, AND if the project is published, that this state flows over into host projects, configuring which props show in the metamodule by default.
