There are two nets in this project that set to be connected to fills, one is GND and 3.3V. All components are in the top layer, so a user have to utilize via to reach the bottom fill for anything GND.
  • Top copper fill is 3.3V (achieved by adding "connected layer" rule in the 3.3V net and setting to "Top".
  • Bottom copper fill is GND (achieved by adding "connected layer" rule in the GND net and setting to "Bottom".
Vias going to GND should be connected to the bottom copper fill but it doesn't.
Though the exported gerber is correct.
