Terminal and SVG pins don't match anymore

This bug affects old parts and as a result on old schematics too. Previously created parts that have perfectly matched SVG pin and terminal property "Symbol Pin Position" now it looks like SVG was scaled up or scaled down.
Some SVG become smaller U1(BM1387) at https://www.flux.ai/vasy_skral/reference-schematic-for-bm1387-asic-bitmain-antminer-s9
Some SVG become bigger U10(NRF52840-QIAA-R) at https://www.flux.ai/vasy_skral/boron-nrf52840
I put some examples here: https://www.flux.ai/vasy_skral/svg-scale-issue
Zoom in to see details.
Yes, some parts have tiny shifts from the original position but it ruins all efforts

I'll take a look into it next week.

Closing this issue since it is inactive for a while. As discuss with adrian95 in the other issue, we should later provide a way to edit pin position easily because now the issue is that pin position is off for 0.5 - 2px when for example importing from Kicad

Robert Bisewski some parts look better now but a lot of them still have gaps between the SVG pin and terminal point, even parts from the example document: https://www.flux.ai/vasy_skral/svg-scale-issue
Also, newly imported from KiCAD library parts have the same problem. Example: https://www.flux.ai/vasy_skral/ujc-hp-3
Can you please reopen this bug, because there are literally thousands of parts that now look wrong?
Robert Bisewski
Vasyl Skral: Sure we can re-open this, I'll look into this again.

Robert Bisewski: Thanks!

Robert Bisewski: Hi Robert, so this one is newly design I made recently using Adobe XD and my Pins are 1px size. Then I imported the SVG in my part but when I connect a wire the pins look bigger. This happens today.

Those projects appear to look okay now, I think.
Not quite perfect, likely I'll need to implement some kind of more comprehensive solution to scaling in general, but for those projects it seems to work decently (see the attached pictures).
Going to mark this as complete, if that's alright with you guys :)
