In the past, the exact same project produced the PCB in the second image with a solid silk line.

However, now this asset renders in flux with only the contours of the svg and not the fill as seen in the Google Chrome svg preview (in the third attached screenshot). At export, there is another bug where the inner contours are not exported (linked bug):
