Repro
  1. open a simple sim project: https://www.flux.ai/greg/test-simple-sim
  2. open a simple part that has a sim model: https://www.flux.ai/greg/generic-resistor?editor=schematic
  3. turn on "receive latest drafts" in the simple sim for that part
  4. update the part user code. for example, change the default resistance.
  5. see no change in the simple sim project.
  6. reload the simple sim project, see difference in sim output.
