Who wants this one? We should round the bottom corners of collapsed cards.

We show these specially styled markdown cards in chat and comments. Depending on the content, we aren't able to round the bottom corners when they're expanded. But when a card is collapsed, we're certainly able to.

Fixing this is a visual polish thing and will help us have less paper cuts in the app. And it'll help users have a higher quality experience!
