removed a trace, but whole pcb layout was removed. restoring history version from 15 min ago did not work!!!

I was able to get a PCB design out of it, but not sure if I would choose Flux again. Feels like it is (still) too bubby to work nice. One major drawback is the fact that PCB traces do not snap to a pad. Even 0.1 mm off gives an airline and an error. This should be fixed!!

this is the project.
I regained control by closing, restarting, reopening. Then I found the PCB design again. Looks like removing one component and replacing it with another is not something that Flux likes. It keep remembering the old links.
