Pin Layout of Arduino Metro Mini Not Displaying Correctly in Schematic View

The pin numbers of the Arduino Metro Mini are not displaying correctly in the Layout view, but when I open the part itself, the pins are correct, and any connections I draw appear correct in the PCB view.

Re-publishing the part, fixed the issue.
