As a dogfooding exercies, I ordered a board from JLCPCB. In their review process, I saw that one component U2 was rotated differently than in Flux and would cause a broken board if not corrected.

The fix turned out to be to rotate -90 instead of 90. Not sure why yet, or why only this one component was wrong.
