Parts in a sub-design are not included in the BOM

My ceramic antenna sub-design has 2 parts, the antenna and a capacitor. The parts shows on the main board and can be routed. But the capacitor C20 inside the sub-design does not show up in the BOM.

Transistor Q1 exports as terminals rather than its own part in BoM. Curiously enough, Q1 and Q2 show up properly in the Pick and Place CSV.
