Not getting pro edition when having educational acces

I have a student account, but I had no credits nor pro edition untill I contacted support and they helped me manually.

Hey kk-barni. Yeah, we don't have every existing educational institution in our database, so sometimes we require users to fill the form or contact support. Hopefully you're good to go now.
