This is weird Jackson and I have discovered that changing the name of the component and publishing it again can fix the problem on a component not showing to other users. Here's a video. https://www.loom.com/share/c53f31bd743c4cbca095e4cc3c046c4e

Note: Before doing this video. I first published the component before searching it on other user.

Also we discovered that if I fork/clone my old component, and will use it as other user it will be available on Library, but when I import a new .LIB file on Flux from Snapeda or Ultralibrarian other users can't see the new imported part.
