Suddenly the mid layers disappear from the layer menu. Refreshing sometimes makes them work again.

Board is a 4 layer and happens randomly when loading into pcb editor, during pcb editor, and sometimes when refreshing. Only connection I have seen is it happens more often when moving components on schematic and then loading pcb view. To fix, have to refresh a random number of times and/or go between flux project view.
