I started a project and my account now shows that I've "used" one project, but I can't find/navigate to the project.

Hi James
Thank you for reporting the issue with your profile showing an inaccessible project in your account. I apologize for the delay in addressing your report.
Upon reviewing your profile, I noticed that you currently have six private projects. Could you please confirm if the issue with accessing your project is still persistent? Specifically, are you now able to find and navigate to all of your projects, or is the problem still occurring?
Best regards
J

I'm confused by the "project" concept in your application. I see a message that says that I have used "two of 5 free private projects" but then down below it says "6 projects". I see example projects that I have clicked on just to look, and below them it has my name. Very confusing. How do I make those projects I just clicked on to NOT be projects?

James Bowling: sorry I wasn't able to respond to your issue sooner. Please note that Example projects are created by default and assigned to the user when they create a new account. However, the example projects are not included in the count of private projects.
If you don't want to see the example projects in your profile, the easiest way would be to delete them.
