I've been trying to reproduce this and haven't been able to.

We've seen this a happening a handful of times when someone has old versions of Flux cached in their browser.

To completely clear out flux you should clear the site data from flux and completely close your browser. This is to clear out our Service Workers and fetch the latest version of flux.

Here are instructions to clear site data in Chrome:
