When adding the "Enabled" rule, the Add Rule dialog shows "Enabled" as a rule that's selected by default. As a user it feels like I should be able to immediately click "Add" to add this rule. That however doesn't work - i need to manually click "Enabled" from the rule list for the dialog's add button to work as expected:
