It's possible to create projects with invalid names -- names with only whitespace, or completely empty.

Secondly (but so closely related I think it should be seen as part of the same bug), when you have a project with an empty name, it is unopenable, because the URL of the project is just your profile URL followed by ... literally nothing ... which equals your profile URL.
