I cant implement this right now because @rewrite_components is failing with a permissions error:

storage.objects.get denied (Google Cloud Storage object access)

So I cannot add/wire the required parts (U3, U4, U5, passives, D1) and therefore cannot meet the Success Criteria or clear ERC.

If you can fix the project/tool permissions (or re-run with an account that has GCS read access), I will immediately proceed
