The "Short Version" states: You may close your Account at any time. If you do, we'll treat your information responsibly.

If this is NOT the case, your Terms of Service need to be revised immediately.

I am seeing Feedback posts back to Aug 2023 requesting their accounts be deleted. If this is simply NOT possible, again you need to clearly revise the Terms of Service.

I have even contacted Nico (an AI?) regarding the situation who said they would forward the request to the engineering team. If the engineering team can't delete a component that was never published, then clearly the team is going to have difficulties deleting an account, but since the terms of service are absolutely clear about this, the ability for the flux.ai team should have had this function before launch.

My account is still active and the TOS has not been updated. Care to respond?

Jharwin It has now passed 90 days since my request, my account is still active and my flux.ai page is still live. Please revise your documentation to reflect the reality of flux.ai's abilities to manage account practices.
