Repro steps:
  1. Clone a project to an Org you're a member of
  2. Before the project is cloned, you will be asked whether you want it public or only private to your org. Keep the default which is Public
  3. After the project is cloned, open an incognito window and visit the org profile page.
  4. You won't see that project
