Another micro interaction that doesn't seem to be aware of orgs.

In the screenshot below, I am signed in as "markwuflux" (user). I am editing the doc under the "markbug" (org). Pressing clone and replace clones the project to "markwuflux" (user) rather than "markbug" (org). Also note that "fork and replace" is greyed out, indicating that this feature looks to the signed in user rather than the org.
