hi robertengineer, we're sorry you've ran into this problem! We definitely intend for plan changes and cancellations to be easy within the Flux app. If you let us know if you are trying to update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel, we can do it for you in the back-office while we try to figure out what problem you have run into. Can you provide more detail of what happens while you are trying to make a change in the UI?
