Follow this sequence to repo: Click with Mouse 1
Press CMD
Drag
Release Mouse1 and CMD
Now symbol is in drag state when mouse 1 is not held.
This mostly occurs during fast copy and paste operations of symbols (e.g. copy pasting a ground symbol). See me fail trying in the loom below:
