BOM export contains duplicates

Create a BOM export and the file contains duplicates, in my case R1, R2, R3. Line 19 is wrong and there is no 45k resistor anywhere on the board. My manufacturer is complaining. The P&P file is correct though. The project is shared with support, brooks, nico, ryanf and dirk.

Hey Juergen, sorry to see this issue. I have a feeling the designator duplicates could be fixed by pushing an update to your module. If you re-publish it (no changes needed), then accept the new version in your host project, I believe the designators should be fixed to avoid conflicts.

Btw this is a new feature we just rolled out, so there's now way you would have known about it before last week.

Rex Garland, thanks for looking into this. I did update and publish and reload the page again. I'm pretty sure I have the right version. But as you can see from the file attached, there are still duplicates. No idea where they came from.

I found the problem. I'm using a subproject that has C3 and C5 and R1 and ..... several others. My schematic also uses these designators. And now we have duplicates in the BOM and pick-n-place.

Basically it is the subproject include that is wrong.

Juergen Kienhoefer: I'm glad you found a fix. I'm also wondering if there's still a bug hiding here: we're supposed to automatically update designators in subprojects when they're imported into a project / updated to a new version in order to avoid these kinds of conflicts. Would you mind sharing the subproject with Support as well so I can keep investigating?
