Hi cristian
It seems there is a trailing new character on the Trace Width,
Trace Width Minimum,
 and the Keep Out
 rules defined on the Net
 object (as shown in the attached image). The new line character makes it impossible for the AutoLayout to work appropriately.
Our team will be working to make sure values like these are parsed correctly into Flux, but in the meantime, you can delete the trailing new line character and the autolayout should start working again.
