All parts deleted and 3D is blank after I toggled Zoom to fit

I was in 3D view and when I clicked Zoom to fit, 3D view is now all blacked out. Also, the shopping cart on top right had total price is now $0. Weird thing is on schematic and 2D view, everything is still there as it should be.

Here's a screenshot of what I see. I also tried changing browsers and same result. I also cloned my project and same result also. I'm pretty sure this is a bug however it could also be something I did on the design side of things. Please help me as soon as possible. Thanks
