The pricing page mentions that the Pro version is "Free for students and educators." I am just getting started (as an educator) and I am looking into this option for myself and my students. I cannot figure out how to apply as an educator.

In March I created an account and tried the paid version with ai enhancements otherwise I would like to cancel that subscription. Anyway since I created the account and deleted it back then without removing the payment subscription I noticed that in the last couple of months it has been paid. Could you please verify and cancel the subscription?

When sharing a private project with other editors, the share button tooltip doesn't describe the access correctly, saying it is "private only to me". For the user the project is shared with, the project appears world-editable, but also describes the project as "private only to me". Screenshot shows owner of the project on the left shared editor on the right. And on the bottom are the tooltips for each.

I got an email from you guys saying "L from thataintworking joined Flux". I need to know what this means or how you have associated "L" with my company, That Ain't Working. I haven't created an organization in Flux and there is no "L" that belongs to my company. When I click the link to view the profile it is a foreign name that is probably some hacker or scammer.

Received an email that "L" from "Just Yellow Racing" (my company) just signed up for Flux. It seems like a spam account or security issue since they are claiming they "work" for my company which they don't.

Our project renamed itself to --- and can no longer be opened. I had to get a link from another project it was embedded in as a component because on our team dashboard it links back to the team dashboard rather than the project.This link doesn't work either but at least it's something
