The expectation was - if I have a rectangular pad and I put a "corner radius top left" rule in it, the corner at the Top Left should be rounded not the other corner.

Made a rectangular pad with corner radius. Looks good in flux, exported and supplied sent this error. Looks like ground fill worked but exported the pad without the corner radius, this shorted all the pads

Nico I think I know now what's happening here, it is NOT about the pcb manufacturer.

I just discovered that if you have a pad with one or combination of these rules (Corner Radius Top Left, Corner Radius Top Right, Corner Radius Bottom Left or Corner Radius Bottom Right) Flux will export the gerber of this pad incorrectly.

Hey Ziven Posner do you still see this issue? I've tried a few projects and all seem to be exporting fine. If you have either the gerbers or the project link, that would be useful.

If any of it is private info, it'd be great if you can either set a simple project where the issue can be reproduced or send it to me 1-1.

Ziven Posner Thanks for the report. Which pcb manufacturer you sent the gerber to?

Also, can you upload the exported gerber from Flux in here https://tracespace.io/view/, if the pads are still rectangular?
