Cursors don't display for collaborators, but name tags do

I joined a project that Jharwin was in. His cursor was absent on PCB but his name tag was present. Kerry joined, and it was the same for him. Switching to Schematic, cursors and name tags were present. Switching back to PCB, the issue there persisted.
Collaborative cursor does not display arrow in PCB

Intermittent. Switching between prod, release, and main. Sometimes the arrow is absent but the name shows up. Other times, the arrow shows up above the the name, which is also wrong.
