DAE Export does not work on specific project.
In this project, I have a step model that is not joint to the PCB. It can be the case that this type of 3D model is not supported by the exporter. Repo: Flux->Export->3D Model->.dae

Parts in a sub-design are not included in the BOM
My ceramic antenna sub-design has 2 parts, the antenna and a capacitor. The parts shows on the main board and can be routed. But the capacitor C20 inside the sub-design does not show up in the BOM. Support has access to these projects

BOM export contains duplicates
Create a BOM export and the file contains duplicates, in my case R1, R2, R3. Line 19 is wrong and there is no 45k resistor anywhere on the board. My manufacturer is complaining. The P&P file is correct though. The project is shared with support, brooks, nico, ryanf and dirk.

Incorrect Copper Weights in Template
Using the PCBWay 4 Layer custom PCB template, we can see in the stackup editor that a top and bottom copper thickness is specified as 0.035mm - akin to 35μm or 1Oz copper weight, which is the correct specification for PCBWay capabilities. Unfortunately, the gerber files are exporting that the outer layers are 0.5Oz thickness. I have attached the generated readme file from the gerber zip.

BOM export contains random, never-used components
When I export the BOM there are a ton of components and ref IDs that were never part of this project.

Component excluded in BoM if it has a footprint and layout object.
Steps to reproduce Open this project: https://www.flux.ai/support/test-project-for-component-mt3608?editor=schematic Export and inspect the bom file Compare the contents in the schematic vs the ones in the bom Open U2 in a new window and inspect the objects list in the pcb view Expected results Expect to see 3 components in the bom file because the schematic has 3 components Expect to see Root > Footprint and Model under root . Actual results Only see two components in the bom although the project has 3 components in it. U2 is excluded because it has an additional layout object which has an empty component object Details occurrence : always project to repro (required) : https://www.flux.ai/support/test-project-for-component-mt3608?editor=schematic how to access : support account regression : na Notes Workaround is to delete the layout object and publish changes.

Gerber Export missing internal contours of SVGs
See screenshots for details; first image is gerber preview, second image is PCB editor. To repo -> Export Gerber Preview This is related to this bug report: https://feedback.flux.ai/bugreports/p/svg-fills-not-rendered

When multiple layouts, pick and place without specifying which layout
Flux supports (in theory) multiple layouts. But when there are, pick and place exports all in one file and does not actually specific which layout each component should be placed on.

When multiple layouts, Flux exports a single gerber
Flux supports (in theory) multiple layouts. But when you export to gerber, you get a single file that a manufacturer won't like.
