- Rotate the resistor using the shortcut
- Undo with CTRL+Z
- Move the Layout
- The rotation is there again
- Refresh, the rotation is fixed

Was able to replicate it, but cannot replicate in prod anymore. Seems its fixed as we polished and improved the layout process in web worker
