Auto-Layout on this project fails after a few seconds. It seems to be caused by net corruption in the project. Full discussion in the Project: AI Auto-Layout group.

Take a look at nets 45 and 25, both contain the same portals. That causes the autolayout to fail. Deleting the portal LL_SPI_MOSI deletes one of the problematic nets and makes the auto-layout work again.
